  2. Personalized real estate alert

    This real estate alert notifies you as soon as a property matching your search criteria comes on the market, keeping you informed of relevant new listings without the need for constant searches. An efficient way to save time!

  3. Sharing property information

    When you purchase your property, you'll receive all the official documents that transfer ownership from the seller to the buyer: certificate of location, title deed, inspection report.

  4. Visits

    You'll be accompanied by me to explore the property, inspect the interior and exterior spaces, and assess whether it meets your needs and criteria.

  5. Promise to purchase and negotiation

    Following negotiation and acceptance, we will proceed to draft the promise to purchase: an official document detailing the terms and conditions of the offer, including the proposed price, closing dates and any other specific conditions, then submitted to the seller.   6. Inspection & financing

    The notary will ensure that all legal documents are properly prepared and signed, and will oversee the closing of the sale, making sure that all funds are properly distributed and that title deeds are legally transferred.
